The Child Watch Site Lead supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Under the direct supervision of (dependent on branch) Operations Director, Director of Youth & Family Services, Youth & Family Services Program Director, Youth & Family Services Assistant Program Director, or Assistant Program Director, this Site Lead supports overseeing the daily operations of the Child Watch program. This role provides support in direct supervision to staff, ensures safety and engagement for children, and builds strong relationships with families. This position collaborates with leadership to maintain high-quality programming and uphold the Y’s values of youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility
